Home of the Michigan Railroad History Museum. This was a very busy station. During the early 1900’s when the railroadwas at its peak, 42 passenger trains, 22 mail trains, and 78 freight trains passed through Durand daily. 1905 Victorian-style railroad depot.

Open seven days a week, MEMORIAL DAY to LABOR DAY. Take a ride on a 2-mile train ride on the world's largest quarter-size railroad. All buildings, bridges, tunnels, trestles, trains etc., were designed, engineered, and built on-site by William A. Stenger and family. Enjoy the park, playground, hobby shop, and special events.
